This is an appeal from an order by the district court denying a motion to reconsider the dismissal of a successive application for post-conviction relief. The order is affirmed.

BACKGROUND
Steven K. Ross pled guilty to delivery of a controlled substance, money laundering, and failure to pay income tax. The judgments of conviction and sentences were upheld upon direct appeal. State v.
