HANFORD, District Judge.
The plaintiff, as administrator of the estate of a workman, who was killed by an accident in connection with the construction of the line of railway in this state known as the Great Northern Railway, brought this action against the Great Northern Railway Company, the firm of Shepard, Seims & Co., and the firm of McKenzie & Glenn, to recover damages for the wrong done to the deceased in causing his death by negligence.
