Petitioner-appellant appeals from an order granting respondents’ motion to dismiss the petition on the ground that the Statute of Limitations barred the proceeding. *303He seeks to have his removal as a director of respondent Don and Bob Restaurants of America, Inc. declared null and void, to set aside the election of the board of directors of respondent, and to be restored as a director of respondent corporation.
