Koplar v. Rosset

This is a suit in equity instituted by respondent Nat Koplar against appellants Boyle G. Clark, Barnet L. Rosset, the Metropolitan Trust Company, a corporation, the Marmaduke Apartments, Inc., a corporation, Lawrence E. Mahan and Hugo Monnig. Clark, Rosset and Mahan are trustees of a voting trust, owning all the stock of the Marmaduke Apartments, Inc., established pursuant to a plan of reorganization approved by Division No. 2 of the circuit court of the city of St. Louis.
