This is an appeal of a Navajo Board of Election Supervisors’ (“Board”) decision to dismiss Ronald Gishey’s (“Gishey”) election challenge on the ground that Gishey knew facts which he could have used to challenge Omer Begay Jr.’s (“Begay”) candidacy, but he did not file a challenge within ten days of such knowledge as required by 11 N.N.C. § 321(B) (1995 ed.).
