The first assignment of error is based upon the ruling of the court sustaining defendant’s objection to a certain order or contract, signed by defendant and dated 9/17/26. This paper was afterwards, when its execution had been proved, introduced in evidence as an exhibit to the testimony of one of plaintiff’s witnesses. When first offered, the order should have been admitted, but the error was cured by the subsequent action of the court in admitting the order.
