This appeal is from a decree of the Orphans’ Court of Northampton County sustaining an appeal taken by Edwin E. Knecht from the decision of the register of wills, admitting to probate a testamentary instrument, dated April 30, 1937, and a writing dated April 23, 1940, purporting to be a codicil thereto, as the last will and testament of his deceased wife, Ada J. Bundle Knecht, who died, on April 28, 1940, in St. Luke’s Hospital, Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.
