Appellant Maya Toidze appeals the District Court’s order denying her motion to vacate a default judgment. Toidze, a Russian national who previously resided in Canada, claims that Appellee Braverman Kaskey, P.C., (“BK”) failed to properly serve process on her and the District Court erred by allowing service by publication in the area of her last known address.
