This is a bill in equity brought by the trustee for construction of, and instructions concerning, the will and the trust deed of Frederic R. Mason, late of the city of Pawtucket, deceased. The cause being ready for hearing for final decree was certified to this court pursuant to Section 35, Chapter 339, General Laws 1923. The respondents are ten charitable corporations and the Attorney General of the State.
