MEMORANDUM OPINION

Before the Court is the Plaintiffs motion filed in the Debtors’ bankruptcy case to extend the time to file a complaint objecting to the dischargeability of certain claims against the Debtors, the Debtors’ response thereto, and the Debtors’ motion to dismiss the Plaintiffs complaint to determine dischargeability filed in the underlying adversary proceeding. This memorandum opinion constitutes the Court’s findings of fact and conclusions of law pursuant to Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 7052. The Court has jurisdiction over this matter…
