delivered the opinion of the court.
This appeal brings up for review the action of the circuit court on appeal from the probate court of Cook county in disposing of certain items in the final account of appellant as surviving executor of the last will and testament of Kaspar G. Schmidt, deceased.
Kaspar G. Schmidt died on December 10,1898, leaving him surviving three married daughters and one son. The son is the appellant, George K. Schmidt. The daughters were Mrs. Barbara E. Kellner, wife of George W. Kellner (both now deceased), Mrs. Katherine Herbert and Mrs. Edna…
