Pursuant to Rule 56 of the Superior Court Rules of Civil Procedure, this matter comes before the Court on a motion for summary judgment filed by Plaintiffs UAG West Bay AM, LLC, UAG Realty, LLC, and Car War, LLC ("Plaintiffs").
