A young boy, two days shy of his thirteenth birthday, was seriously injured while skateboarding on a “quarter pipe” 1 at a commercial skate park in East Providence. His parents, Roland and Kerri Lu-cier (plaintiffs), filed this premises liability action against Impact Recreation, Ltd.
