Appeal from probate court of Holmes county. Brown, J. It appeared from the record that Josephine Harrington and Ivy F. Harrington were the parents of James W., David and George Harrington. The condition of the bond executed by Wofford, the guardian, and approved by the court is, that said guardian “shall faithfully account for the proceeds of the sale of said land.” All the other facts are sufficiently stated in the opinion of the court.
