This is an appeal taken by defendant Firestone Tire & Rubber Company from a judgment and order of the trial court whereby Firestone was held to be 80 percent responsible for plaintiff’s personal injuries suffered in a one-car accident. By verdict and additur the plaintiffs were awarded $838,000 in damages which are not challenged on this appeal.
