In this restricted appeal, Bobbie Jo Thomas appeals a no-answer default judgment awarding damages to Maria Martinez for injuries sustained in an automobile collision. Appellant challenges the legal and factual sufficiency of the evidence to support the damage awards and the causal connection between the accident and appellee’s injuries. For reasons set out below, we reverse the trial court’s judgment in part and remand for further proceedings.
