Plaintiffs’ filed petition for the appointment of viewers under section 502 (a), (e) Act of June 22, 1964, Sp. Sess., P. L. 84, 26 PS §1-502(a), (e), and three members of the county board of viewers were appointed the same date of filing, February 5, 1973.
