— Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court at Special Term (Prior, Jr., J.), entered August 13, 1982 in Sullivan County, which (1) denied defendants’ motion to dismiss the complaint pursuant to CPLR 3211 (subd [a], pars 4, 10), (2) stayed further proceedings in an action pending between the parties in Supreme Court, Kings County, and (3) conditionally denied plaintiff’s cross motion to disqualify defendants’ attorney from representing them in this action.
