OPINION

STEPHEN RASLAVICH, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter is before the Court upon the request for payment of an administrative expense filed by Fox, Rothschild, O’Brien & Frankel (“Fox Rothschild”). Fox Rothschild is counsel to fifteen former employees of the Debtor who filed priority wage claims in this Chapter 11 ease (the “Former Employees”). 1 Objections to Fox Rothschild’s request were filed by another priority wage claimant, Michael A.
