ORDER DENYING MOTION TO DISMISS

THIS MATTER is before the Court on Larry E. Jackson and Shirley C. Jackson’s (“Creditors”) Motion to Dismiss (“Motion”). Creditors’ Motion was made pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 1307(c) and Fed. R. Bankr.P. 1017 and 9014. 1 The debt due Creditors is secured by an installment contract of sale between Creditors and David Smith and Linda Smith (“Debtors”) concerning the real property located at 802 Trecer Road, Cope, South Carolina.
