*69 Y. C. Development Inc. ("YCD") appeals from the trial court's grant of summary judgment to Chandra Norton on her claims against YCD for wrongful foreclosure. YCD argues that the trial court erred by (1) erroneously construing the terms of the parties' purchase money note and security deed and (2) finding that YCD failed to comply with the terms of those documents before exercising its power of sale and foreclosing on Norton's property.
