This case, byzantine in complexity, has been transferred from the Indian Claims Commission pursuant to Pub. L. No. 94-465, 90 Stat. 1990 (1976), and is now before us on the parties’ requests for review of two rulings of Trial Judge C. Murray Bernhardt. In those rulings the trial judge resolved various contentions of the parties regarding the interrelationship of claims pending in various Commission dockets and the status of certain claims in this case. We find it unnecessary to resolve most of those contentions since we conclude that the plaintiff voluntarily withdrew all of the claims…
