Yarn was charged with the sale of cocaine and possession of cocaine with the intent to distribute in violation of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act. He was tried and convicted and appeals.
Viewing the evidence in the light most favorable to the verdict, it shows that on June 10 and 11, 1992, the Gwinnett County Police Department conducted an investigation into prostitution at the Apartment Inn in Norcross.
