MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
GENE CARTER, Chief Judge.
Appellant/Debtor, Catherine Duffy Petit (hereafter “Debtor”) brings this appeal seeking reversal of the bankruptcy court’s April 26, 1994, Order Authorizing Appointment of Chapter 11 Trustee. The Debtor argues that the record does not establish an adequate basis for the appointment of a trustee and that, therefore, such an appointment by the bankruptcy court constitutes an abuse of discretion.
