SWANSTROM, Judge.

Oscar Streeter appeals from a district court order denying his request for an award of costs and attorney fees following a successful defense of claims filed against him. We affirm.

Terry and Annette Hackett and others (hereinafter referred to collectively as the Hacketts) brought suit against Streeter, the estate of Mary Parker (hereinafter “the Parker estate”), and three real estate companies.
