The plaintiff, Edward R. Krska, appeals from an order of the circuit court of Du Page County granting a motion for summary judgment by the defendant, Allstate Insurance Company. The circuit court found as a matter of law that the defendant’s offer of additional underinsured motorist coverage complied with section 143a — 2 of the Illinois Insurance Code (Code) (Ill. Rev.
