Affirming.

The appellant, Mrs. Joe Crofton, and twenty other persons, brought separate actions in the Hopkins circuit court against the appellee, Louisville & Nashville Railroad Company, seeking the recovery of damages for failing to provide them with a suitable passenger coach in which to be carried over its railroad from Madisonville by way of Guthrie, Louisville and Jackson, to Fleming, Ky.
