Appellees have questioned our jurisdiction to hear this interlocutory appeal purportedly brought under section 15.003(c) of the Civil Practice and Remedies Code. See Tex. Civ. PRAC. & Rem.Code Ann. § 15.003(c) (Vernon Supp.1999).
