We find submitted for our consideration an action at law appealed by the defendant, T. B. Hord Grain Company, from a judgment rendered in the district court for *777Merrick county on a directed verdict at the close of the evidence on motion of plaintiff, Anna Sindelar, for the sum of $2,274.44.
