THIS IS a Chapter 11 reorganization case. The matter under consideration is the estimation of Claim No. 3071, filed by the United States of America (Government), originally filed on February 1, 1990. The Proof of Claim was filed with a copy of the First Amended Complaint filed by the Government in the U.S. District Court of Maryland.
