The Debtors’ Chapter 11 case was filed on January 14, 2005, and a Plan of Reorganization (the “Plan”) was confirmed on November 23, 2005. The Plan created a PosWEffective Date Committee (the “PEDC”) with the responsibility of administering, disputing, objecting to, compromising, or otherwise resolving all general unsecured claims against the Debtors.
