{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Byron Moore, appeals from his conviction and sentence for domestic violence. Moore contends that he was deniéd a fair trial due to prosecutorial misconduct and the ineffective assistance of counsel. He further claims that the trial court erred in instructing the jury and in imposing an excessive sentence. Finally, Moore contends that the evidence does not support his conviction.

{¶ 2} We conclude that Moore has failed to establish that the prosecutor acted improperly or that trial counsel’s actions rose to the level of ineffective assistance. We further…
