THIS CAUSE is before the Court upon the Defendants’ Motion for Final Summary Judgment against the Plaintiffs, Michael Arbetter, Bruce E. Winter and Gary Stein, general partners of, and doing business as Americor Realty Associates, a Florida general partnership. Rule 56, Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
