MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER GRANTING PLAINTIFFS’ MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

This is an action brought by condominium purchasers seeking the rescission of a contract for the purchase from Defendant of a condominium unit in the Jockey Club Condominiums, Phase III. 1 The Second Amended Complaint based jurisdiction on section 1719 of the Interstate Land Sales Full Disclosure Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1701-1720, alleging that Jockey Club violated the Act by entering into the contract without providing the purchasers with a printed property report as required by section 1703(c)…
