Appeals (1) from an order of the Supreme Court (Jung, J.) declaring plaintiff’s entitlement to a divorce, entered March 17, 1993 in Saratoga County, and (2) from a judgment of said court granting plaintiff a divorce, entered May 11, 1993 in Saratoga County, upon a decision of the court.

The parties were married on August 19, 1961 and have two children, both of whom were emancipated at the time of trial. In May 1987, plaintiff commenced this action for divorce alleging cruel and inhuman treatment. She later amended her complaint in November 1989 to add a second cause of action alleging…
