OPINION OF THE COURT

MARDEN, Senior Judge.

Appellant was convicted, contrary to his pleas, of distributing marijuana in violation of Article 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. § 934 (1982). He was sentenced to a bad-conduct discharge, confinement at hard labor for four months, forfeiture of $380.00 pay per month for four months, and reduction to the grade of E-l.
