I.INTRODUCTION
This matter comes before the Court on Plaintiff Federal Home Loan Bank of Seattle’s “Omnibus Motion to Remand.” Plaintiff (“FHLB Seattle” or “the Bank”) contends this Court lacks subject matter jurisdiction to hear this case.
