The matter in controversy in this proceeding is the reasonableness of a charge for professional services of the law firms of Erskine, Palmer & Cnrl and Handlan, Garden & Mathews, and of John P. Arbenz made against T. S. Riley, Lewis F. Brand and George W. Oldham, executors of the estate of James L. Hawley, deceased. The services for which the charge was made were rendered to James L.
