The sole issue is whether unemployment compensation is a benefit received under the Social Security Act that is excluded from a Chapter 13 debtor’s current monthly income. The Debtor, Jonathan Kucharz (DEBTOR), received unemployment compensation totaling $1,230 during the six-month period preceding the bankruptcy filing.
