NATURE OF CASE

This is an original action brought by the Counsel for Discipline of the Nebraska Supreme Court seeking the imposition of discipline against Thomas M. Petersen, a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association. Petersen was formally charged with violating disciplinary rules and his oath of office as an attorney in connection with his representation of Jennifer Davis, also known as Jennifer Weeks (Weeks).
