The within action for declaratory judgment is brought by plaintiff Lumbermens Mutual Casualty Company (hereinafter referred to as “Lumbermens”) against various named defendants. Of the eight defendants named in the complaint, six move herein to dismiss the complaint on various asserted grounds.
