In this eviction case, Taj Mohammed appeals the county court’s order determining that he had no right to continue to occupy a convenience store property. Mohammed leased the premises from D. 1050 W. Rankin, Inc. The justice court initially heard the case, ultimately ruling in Mohammed’s favor. Rankin appealed to the county court at law, which reversed the justice court ruling.
