ON CERTIORARI TO THE UTAH COURT OF APPEALS
ZIMMERMAN, Chief Justice:
After a jury trial, Corey Lynn Brooks was convicted of aggravated robbery, a first degree felony, in violation of section 76-6-302 of the Utah Code, and aggravated burglary, a first degree felony, in violation of section 76-6-203 of the Utah Code. Brooks appealed his convictions, and we poured the appeal to the court of appeals. There, Brooks asserted that the trial court erred in not re moving certain jurors for cause and that his trial counsel was constitutionally ineffective.
