Tbe complaint in tbis case was filed February 27, 1917, and after different preliminary proceeding's tbe case came to trial February 28, 1918, resulting on March 2 in a verdict of $5,750 for tbe plaintiff. Tbe motion for a new trial was filed March G, beard on tbe 11th, and denied April 18, when judgment was entered. Application was made for a writ of error, and time allowed until May 24 for filing bill of exceptions for that purpose.
