—In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, inter alia, to review a determination of the respondents, dated August 9, 1993, in effect, terminating the petitioner’s employment as a secretarial assistant, the petitioner appeals from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Rockland County (Weiner, J.), dated July 27,1994, which, upon granting the motion of certain respondents to dismiss the proceeding, dismissed the proceeding as time barred.
