Affirming.
The suit involves the application and validity of what is commonly called the “Valued Policy Statute” pertaining to the insurance of live stock.
The appellant issued three policies, identical in form, insuring the appellee against loss resulting from death by fire or certain other means of three pedigreed saddle horses. The horses were burned to death in a fire which destroyed their barn and the appellee has recovered a judgment on the policies for $3,000.
