Jones, commissioners, constituting a majority of the State Civil Service Commission, plaintiffs in error and defendants below, seek to reverse a judgment of the district court reinstating Prank S. Hoag, defendant in error and plaintiff below, as a member of the Colorado Board of Corrections.
