Two parents bring this suit against numerous employees of the Administration of Children’s Services (“ACS”), the former ACS Commissioner, and the City of New York. Based on the events surrounding the removal of their two infant children in 2009, the parents, Plaintiffs Junior Walker and Thaera Bullen-Walker,1 allege thirty-seven causes of action against the city and the eight individual defendants, all of whom are sued in both their individual and official capacities.
