MEMORANDUM OF DECISION

This matter is before the Court after remand from the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts (the “District Court”) (Ponsor, D.J.), 1 directing this Court to reconsider an order granting relief from the automatic stay with respect to a mortgage on certain real property owned by the debtor and plaintiff Roney Harris (“the Debtor”) (the “Remand Order”).
