In this action, brought by faculty members of Ferris State College against various affiliated labor organizations and the Board of Control of Ferris State College, plaintiffs challenge the constitutionality of an agency shop clause contained in the Collective Bargaining Agreement between defendant Ferris State Faculty Association and the Board of Control of Ferris State College.
